Outstanding Aquatic Resources Conservation Award

Fishing is Fun! was invited to attend on Wednesday, February 25th- the Nebraska & Iowa Chapters of the American Fisheries Society joint meeting in Sioux City, Iowa. Fishing is Fun! was selected to receive the Outstanding Aquatic Resources Conservation Award, presented by the Nebraska Chapter.

Fishing is Fun! is very honored to accept this award from this organization whose members are Biologists, Scientists, & Conservationists- all whom are dedicated to the preservation and enrichment of our nations aquatic resources.

Everyone who is or ever have been part of the Fishing is Fun! family of volunteers for our kids fishing clinics programs should feel very proud. You make Fishing is Fun!

Outstanding Aquatic Resources Conservation Award

Purpose: To recognize outstanding contributions to fisheries and the conservation of Nebraska’s aquatic resources by an individual or a citizens group.

Criteria: Substantial or long term contribution to fisheries and aquatic resources.
